We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring equipment safety, reliability, and optimal performance across various industrial assets.

- Applying advanced maintenance and reliability practices to maintain assets safely and prolong equipment lifespan.
- Performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance throughout the facility.
- Utilizing various tools and technologies, including electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and maintenance software.
- Documenting work activities, providing feedback for continuous improvement, and collaborating with vendors and team members.
- Operating mobile equipment such as forklifts and lifts, and adhering to safety policies.
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma or GED; ability to perform physical tasks and work in varied environments.
- Ability to work safely at heights and in outdoor/indoor conditions, with use of PPE.
- Basic computer skills, planning, and scheduling experience.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience with CMMS programs, control voltage, PID controls, and electrical systems.
- Trade certifications, military experience, or troubleshooting PLCs and VFDs.
- Knowledge of safe work practices and precision maintenance techniques.
