We’re Hiring: PERSONAL CARE AIDES (PCA)
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 PER HOUR
START IMMEDIATELY – WEEKLY PAY – FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Affinity Home Care is a boutique concierge agency proudly providing high-quality, compassionate in-home care services across New York City and Long Island. We are actively hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCA) who are passionate about helping others and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility support (bed, chair, wheelchair transfers)
Prepare and assist with meals, following dietary guidelines
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying, etc.)
Help with errands, shopping, and accompany clients to appointments as needed
Support clients with exercises and routines as instructed
Observe and report any changes in client’s condition to supervisors
Follow care plans and instructions from family and healthcare team
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Uphold infection control and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid PCA Certification (REQUIRED)
Reliable transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be trustworthy, patient, and caring
Authorized to work in the U.S.
