Affinity Home Care is a nurse owned, Joint Commission accredited home health agency providing skilled nursing and therapy services. We are seeking a personanable, motivated marketing professional to build community relationships and help patient connect with quality care at home.
About the position
You will represent Affinity Home Care throughout Southeast Michigan, developing relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, and other community partners. Assist with marketing strategies in Northern Michigan.
This position involves regular field visits, presentations, and follow up with referral sources. You will work closely with our administrator and intake team to support agency growth and a smooth referral process.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
