About The Role
Affinity Home Care Group is seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver / Home Care Aide to join our team in Wonder Lake, IL. The ideal candidate will have a car and be able to provide transportation services in addition to general homemaker duties. Responsibilities
Provide transportation for client as needed
Assist with light housekeeping and homemaker duties
Offer companionship and support to client
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
Follow care plan and communicate any changes in client needs
Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Previous Caregiving Experience Preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Ability to work the required schedule
