We are looking for a vibrant and motivated Patient Access Specialist - Call Center to join our exceptional team. This role involves:

  • Answering incoming calls in a shared call center environment
  • Providing information about Affinity Health Center services
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Collecting and documenting patient information in the electronic health record
  • Delivering excellent customer service

We seek individuals who are passionate about serving vulnerable populations and committed to providing care with compassion, dignity, and respect.


Hourly Wage: $16.00-$20.00


Full time- Hybrid Position (remote/in-person) Remote option once fully trained

Monday- Friday schedule (no holidays or weekends)
