General Summary
The Director of Clinical Quality is responsible for being the champion of good patient health outcomes and positive patient experiences. The Director is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve patient care and the patient experience. The Director monitors the quality of clinical services, tracks agency data in comparison with regional and national standards and implements processes to ensure that Affinity Health Center has a pathway to reach quality goals. The Director coordinates Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects across the organization, ensuring cross-departmental engagement, staff and consumer training, and implementation of process improvements.
Education and Experience
- Masters in Healthcare Administration, or Public Health preferred
- Experience in leadership and supervision required
- Experience in clinical quality management preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
