Role Description
The Director of Food and Beverage will oversee all food and beverage operations. This full-time, on-site role includes responsibilities such as leading and managing food service teams, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and food quality, maintaining budgets, and optimizing operational efficiency. The Director will develop menus, plan events, and implement strategies to achieve financial and customer service goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of related leadership experience, or a mix of education and experience.
- Proven management/leadership experience in multi-outlet F&B operations.
- Strong expertise in Culinary Skills and Food Preparation
- Extensive experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Proven ability to ensure and enhance Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for food and beverage operations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Understanding of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission license.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Casino or gaming-resort experience preferred.
