What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller - Full Or Part Time position at Affinity First FCU?
- Receives and accurately processes member's transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, travel cards, money orders, corporate drafts, savings bonds, address changes, etc.
-Balances cash drawer and makes settlement of each days activities.
- Answers member requests for information or explanations of rates, hours of operation, phone numbers, etc.
- Answers phone calls courteously and promptly providing assistance to members to resolve issues, as well as, responding to questions about products and services.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- One year experience in Customer Service (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
