Your Role as an Oral Surgeon
- Deliver advanced surgical treatments, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw procedures
- Provide thorough consultations and treatment plans with a focus on patient comfort and education
- Collaborate with our dentists and referral network to ensure continuity of care
- Employ minimally invasive surgical techniques supported by CBCT and digital workflows
- Lead with compassion, professionalism, and a patient-first approach
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Board Certification or eligibility in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Active Vermont dental license (or eligibility)
- Strong surgical skillset and a passion for delivering patient-centered care
- Ability to collaborate within a multi-specialty, team-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation - 40-45% of collections at a 98% collection rate, with daily minimums available during ramp-up
