What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive exams and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality care across preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced procedures
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive strategies
- Collaborate with an experienced team of hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all practice standards
What We're Looking For:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Vermont dental license, or eligibility to obtain
- 2 years of experience preferred, but not required - new grads are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
- A team-player mentality and desire to contribute to a positive, productive office culture
Compensation & Benefits:
- Collection-based pay at 32-35% with daily guarantees & rates and additional performance incentives
- Additional performance-based incentives
- Flexible schedule - Full-time or part-time, Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM); no weekends
