Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6PM
- Saturday: 8AM - 2PM (1-2 Saturdays per month required)
Your Responsibilities
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries professionally
- Greet patients and create a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely data entry
- Verify patient information and provide general practice information
- Process payments and support basic financial clerical tasks
- Coordinate with the clinical team to support smooth patient flow
- Handle filing, record maintenance, and other front office administrative tasks
- Present cases to patients and maintain a professional, patient-friendly demeanor
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Denticon experience is a plus
