Practice Highlights

Your Part-Time Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 8AM–5PM
Your Role as a Dental Assistant
- Welcome patients and create a friendly, stress-free atmosphere
- Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare operatories, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards
- Capture high-quality digital x-rays and support imaging needs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions
- Restock supplies, track inventory, and keep treatment areas organized
- Support front office coordination when needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant license or completion of a CODA-accredited Dental Assistant program (required)
- DANB CDA, ICE, RHS, and CPR certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience preferred (motivated candidates eager to grow are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
