What you’ll spend your day doing (in real terms)
- Being the first impression - warm greeting, confident communication, smooth check-in/out
- Owning the phones: schedule, confirm, reschedule, problem-solve
- Keeping patient info accurate and moving quickly in the system
- Helping patients understand next steps (including case/treatment presentation support when needed)
- Handling basic front desk financial tasks like credit transactions
- Keeping the front office organized, efficient, and professional - even on the busiest days
What we’re hoping you bring
- 1 year dental front desk experience (2 is a plus)
- Comfort with dental software like Dentrix / Denticon/ Eagelsoft (preferred)
- Typing accuracy around 40 WPM
- The ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle pace with a good attitude
