Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Manager based in Memphis, TN. The Residential Manager will oversee daily operations of supported living environments, manage teams, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating staff, managing budgets, supervising residents' care and activities, maintaining safe facilities, and providing ongoing training to staff members.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and stakeholders
- People Management experience, including team supervision and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate operations and management practices
- Budgeting skills, including financial planning and resource allocation
- Experience in Training and developing team members to enhance performance and care standards
- Ability to adapt and address the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with local and federal regulations regarding disability services
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
