What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, person-centered support based on each individual's unique goals and needs.
- Assist individuals in developing and maintaining daily living skills.
- Support participation in community outings, recreational activities, and educational opportunities.
- Encourage independence while promoting choice, dignity, and self-advocacy.
- Help individuals build meaningful relationships and actively participate in their community.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment.
- Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with the support team.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication.
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred, but a compassionate attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must be available to participate in a rotating weekend schedule.
Current Open Shifts-Full and Part Time
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
