At Affinity Autism Services, you’ll support adults with Autism through 1:1 ABA therapy at our Sandy clinic—helping them build independence, strengthen life skills, and grow in confidence every single day.

Pay & Perks
- $18/hr during paid training
- $19/hr once certified as an RBT
(Higher pay available for currently certified RBTs)
- Paid mileage drive time between nearby sites

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with adult clients
- Teach communication, social, vocational, and independent living skills
- Track progress using simple digital notes
- Provide compassionate support, including toileting assistance when needed
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and teammates
What You’ll Need
- 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with Autism, caregiving, DSP work, or related fields preferred
