Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM | No weekends or major holidays

What We Offer
- Competitive pay:
- $18 /hr while training
- $19 /hr once certified (higher with existing certification AND DOE)
- Paid mileage & drive time between two nearby sites each day

- We pay for your growth: 40–50 hr RBT course, exam fees, and ongoing supervision
What You’ll Do
- Deliver evidence-based ABA programs 1:1 with adult clients
- Track progress with simple digital data and session notes
- Provide compassionate care—including toileting assistance when needed
- Collaborate daily with BCBAs and teammates to refine treatment plans
What You’ll Need
- 18 years old & high-school diploma (or equivalent)
- Reliable transportation; able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Experience with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred—we’ll train the right heart-led people
