Role Description The Urologist will provide full-time, on-site clinical care at the Scottsdale, AZ location, including outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and urological procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and managing patients with a broad range of urologic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. The role involves performing office-based procedures and surgical interventions, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries as appropriate. The Urologist will collaborate with other physicians, advanced practice professionals, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting quality improvement initiatives. Participation in call coverage, multidisciplinary case discussions, and continuing education is expected.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Medicine and Urology, with strong diagnostic and patient management skills.
- Proficiency in Surgery and Robotic Surgery, including minimally invasive urologic procedures.
- Experience or training in Pediatric Urology, or willingness to collaborate on pediatric cases as needed.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency.
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
- Unrestricted Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain) and current DEA registration.
- Strong communication skills, commitment to compassionate patient care, and ability to work effectively in a team-based practice.
- Interest in continuous learning, quality improvement, and adoption of new technologies in urologic care.
