Production Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the shop floor in a custom, job-shop style environment. This person will guide a team of production employees, ensure jobs move efficiently through the plant, and help maintain a positive, team-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support production staff to meet safety, quality, and performance goals.
• Coordinate workflow and scheduling to keep jobs moving on time.
• Monitor productivity and address any production or quality issues.
• Partner with company personnel to improve efficiency.
• Promote a clean, organized, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor with their team.
• Experience with job routing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
