Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pathologist role based in San Bernardino, CA. The Pathologist will interpret and diagnose a wide range of pathology cases, perform laboratory reviews, and consult with healthcare teams to support patient care. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hospital medical staff, contributing to laboratory quality assurance, and staying current with advancements in pathology and laboratory medicine.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine
- Hands-on experience with Laboratory Skills and Histology techniques
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical and diagnostic practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with healthcare teams
- Board certification in Pathology; subspecialty certification is a plus
- Ability to adapt to advancements and implement best practices in pathology
- MD or DO with a valid license to practice in California
- Prior clinical experience in a hospital or laboratory setting is preferred, but will also consider new out of training candidates
