Admissions Coordinator

· Generate referrals by building relationships with social workers, service coordinators, long-term care facilities, hospitals, physicians, nurses, etc.

· Serve as an advocate for public awareness of our shared housing model

· Be an expert to our consumes in the methodologies for obtaining care. You will learn in depth knowledge in the Medicaid and Waiver processes.

· Develop and implement marketing plans to drive new business

· Oversee/Plan admissions of all home care and shared housing consumers

· Take charge of administrative duties by ensuring thorough, accurate, and timely submission of contracts and care plans

· Communicate effectively with home care and shared housing directors to ensure the safe admission and continuous quality care of all consumers

· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field, or 3-5 years of experience in home health care marketing

· At least 2 years of experience in sales with a track record of hitting goals

· 3-5 years of customer service experience

· Must be able to build strong and lasting relationships

· Must maintain a high standard of integrity and business ethics

· Must be able to plan and organize your own schedule to make effective use of company time

· Must have impeccable written and verbal communication

· Must be highly motivated and results driven

· Established healthcare contacts is a plus
