As a Part-Time Project Assistant in our Gainesville office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
Why we need you:
In this role, you will be responsible for activities that contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity. You will work closely with a project coordinator and both internal and external team members, including clients. You'll handle administrative tasks in line with AEI's policies and standards.
Expertise of our most successful Project Coordinator:
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- General understanding of project management preferred.
Effective skills to help you flourish:
- Strong spoken and written communications skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
