Why We Need You
In this role, you will carry out activities related to project construction and contract administration including developing and coordinating system test procedures, organizing user training sessions, administering functional performance tests, conducting field observations, attending progress meetings, and assisting in document control.
Expertise Of Our Most Successful Field Services Representative
- Construction administration experience in a field-based role, such as project superintendent, trade foreman or project engineer.
- Advanced knowledge of building systems with an emphasis in at least one area such as HVAC, plumbing or piping, electrical, or instrumentation and controls.
- Full understanding of applicable design codes, design standards and specification requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of construction and general knowledge of operations/maintenance methods.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and other construction-based software.
- Valid state driver’s license for job site travel.
- Experience in combining personal judgment with a wide variety of data and information to make sound decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, including carrying out appropriate follow-through with others, and giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Operates with diplomacy and tact in communicating with contractors, clients, and other project team members.
- Strong spoken and written communications skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
