Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist, based in Gilbert, AZ. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle daily operations, including processing expense reports, managing invoices, handling payments, recording financial transactions, and assisting with monthly journal entries. This role will require working closely with the accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.
Qualifications
· Experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support
· Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
· Effective communication and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of basic accounting principles
