Tunnel Laborer - Concrete - Rod Buster

Affholder Construction is one of the fastest growing tunneling contractors in the U.S. We have immediate opportunities for experienced Rod Busters and Concrete Workers for a major heavy civil underground construction project in Austin.

Responsibilities:

• Tying and installing reinforcing steel
• Building rebar cages, mats, and wall reinforcement
• Concrete forming, placement, vibration, and finishing
• Installing and removing forms and supports
• Moving and staging rebar and construction materials
• General underground and heavy civil construction duties

Qualifications:

• Previous rebar, concrete, tunnel, shaft, or heavy civil construction experience
• Able to work alternative shifts or extended hours when required
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass Background Check and pre-employment drug screening

Salary : $30 - $34
