This is a full-time on-site role for a Level 2 IT Service Tech, located in Spring, TX. The Level 2 IT Service Tech will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring timely resolution of any technical problems that arise. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with hardware and software installations, performing system updates, and offering training and customer service to end-users. Collaboration with other IT team members to resolve complex issues is also a key part of this role.
