Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in the Troy, MI. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to loan origination, providing exceptional customer service, and navigating the complexities of the mortgage process.
Qualifications
- No prior experience as Loan Officer and Mortgage Lending
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and learning in a sales environment
Education
- High school or equivalent
