Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Filtration Installer/Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in water filtration installations & repair. Plumbing and Electrical knowledge/experience is a plus. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water filtration systems.
- Build equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Operate tools and other mechanical devices for repairs.
- Drive company vehicle to service locations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality.
- Take point-of-sale payments using our payment system.
- Communicate with customers.
Experience
- Experience in installing water softeners/water filtration equipment is preferred
- Customer service skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience in plumbing and electrical is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
