As Head of Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution that turns AFC into a recognized logistics leader, fueling real pipeline, bigger wins, and measurable revenue growth across trucking, brokerage, and leasing. It’s a builder seat for a commercially minded marketer who loves partnering with sales, creating a repeatable demand engine in HubSpot, and launching content that earns attention in the market. Mission
Lead Marketing and build AFC’s go-to-market engine to drive pipeline, strengthen brand, and increase revenue across trucking, brokerage, and leasing.
What You’ll Own
Sales Support
- Equip sales with tools, messaging, and materials to close more deals
- Build core enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email sequences)
Pipeline Growth
- Generate qualified leads and sales-ready opportunities (not vanity metrics)
- Build campaigns that convert; measure, learn, and improve continuously
Social and Content
- Build authority for AFC on LinkedIn and key industry channels
- Create content that supports sales conversations and positions AFC as a trusted logistics partner
RevOps Alignment (HubSpot)
- Align marketing with sales using CRM workflows in HubSpot
- Own lead lifecycle definitions, attribution, funnel reporting, and handoff SLAs
Brand
- Establish AFC as a leader in logistics through consistent positioning, messaging, and market presence

- More qualified pipeline
- Higher win rates and larger deal sizes

Ideal Candidate
- 5 to 10 years in B2B marketing (logistics, SaaS, and/or services)

Base Salary depending on Experience $90,000-$110,000
