We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Development Center (BDC) Inside Sales Representative with experience in inbound/outbound sales and consultative customer service. You will be part of the BDC team responsible for driving vehicle flooring volume and revenue growth for AFC branches. You will be involved in qualifying leads, executing utilization campaigns, and upselling AFC and OPENLANE solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in consultative selling, customer engagement, and CRM tracking. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.

Your work is performed as a Hybrid employee based out of our Carmel, IN location.

You Are:

• Results-Driven: You consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Consultative: You apply a solution-oriented approach to upsell products and match customers with the right OPENLANE and AFC services.
• Organized: You accurately and consistently track all sales activities, leads, and customer details.

You Will:

• Drive vehicle flooring volume and revenue through targeted inbound and outbound calls to current and prospective customers.
• Qualify leads, execute utilization campaigns, and route online applications to local branches.
• Provide prompt, high-quality customer service across all interactions and share emerging market insights with BDC management.
• Maintain open communication with team members to build growth-driven, high-integrity solutions.

Must Have’s:

• 1–2 years in inside sales or customer service
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma required
• Strong phone, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have’s:

• Previous auto industry experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree preferred
