Key Responsibilities:

• Greet our patients as they enter the center always making them feel welcomed
• Provide patients with the necessary forms to complete providing explanations and assistance as needed
• Register patients entering demographic and insurance information with upmost accuracy into our electronic medical record system
•  Verify insurance eligibility, collect and record receipt of co-pays
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages as needed
• Perform various clerical duties such as photocopying forms, faxing and scanning
• Other administrative duties as assigned/needed
• Help to ensure that the patients are flowing through the center efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with the use of computers, experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
• 2-3 years of customer service experience, medical reception experience preferred
• Available to work predominantly weekends 8am-5pm
