What We're Looking For:

• Active Oregon MD/DO License
• Board Certified
• BLS Certified
• ACLS certification, preferred
• 4 years experience, preferred
• Willingness to obtain CME for Civil Surgeon (USCIS) and DOT physicals
  
  
  

Schedules:

• Highly flexible schedules customized to ensure work/life balance
• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 7pm Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 6pm
