What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Officer - Realtor Relationship Specialist position at AFC Mortgage Group?
AFC Mortgage Group is a family-owned, direct mortgage lender dedicated to helping homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors achieve their goals through creative financing solutions and exceptional service.
Unlike many lenders, we combine the resources of a direct lender with the flexibility of a private lending and bridge financing platform, allowing us to solve financing challenges that other lenders simply cannot. Our team is known for outstanding communication, strong Realtor partnerships, and a commitment to making the home financing process smooth and stress-free.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Loan Officer to manage existing Realtor relationships, convert inbound opportunities, and help expand our presence throughout Connecticut.
This is not a cold-calling position.
We have established relationships with multiple real estate brokerages that view AFC Mortgage Group as a preferred lending partner. The Loan Officer will be responsible for nurturing these relationships, supporting agents and their clients, and converting inbound leads into closed loans.
You'll receive hands-on coaching, mentorship, and training from experienced mortgage professionals while having access to a wide range of loan products and unique financing solutions.
Whether you're an experienced Loan Officer or someone looking to build a long-term career in mortgage lending, we want to hear from you.
