The Floor Supervisor will work both independently and collaboratively within a team. As the Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising daily assembly operations, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining high quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of assembly technicians.
- Coordinate workflow to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Train, mentor, and support team members in assembly processes and safety procedures.
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, including quality assurance and production planning.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of assembly materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience overseeing a team of at least 2-3, in a manufacturing or assembly environment is required.
- Ability to interpret and create technical documentation.
- Familiarity with assembly tools, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications a plus.
