What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator position at AFC Feed, LLC?
We are looking for a hard-working forklift operator to help us on our bag line. The forklift operator is responsible for maintaining the flow of product throughout the line, receiving, labeling, and storing incoming/ outgoing shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders.
A successful forklift operator is hard-working, organized and detail-oriented. You should be able to keep good records and maintain positive interactions with co-workers.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
Operating a forklift
Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock
Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages
Organizing and cleaning the warehouse space
Preparing orders for shipment
Counting stock and keeping inventory records
Warehouse Associate Requirements:
A high school diploma
Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
Fork-Lift Certification preferred, training provided
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Physical stamina
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
