About the Role
The Customer Support and Administrative Coordinator is an integral part of the Supply Chain team and serves as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers. This role supports customer service operations and collaborates with cross-functional teams to assist with daily activities such as order processing, issue resolution, and operational coordination.
In addition to these responsibilities, this position manages front office functions including visitor check-in and check-out, electronic document management, and administrative support to maintain an efficient and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with franchisees to ensure requests are accurately logged in the ticketing system and assist with resolving issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Work with suppliers, transportation providers, and third-party logistics partners to resolve franchisee concerns
- Maintain organized digital records in accordance with company procedures
- Provide administrative support to various internal departments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
- Coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing mail
- Greet and check in visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures and ensure required documentation is completed
- Support operational teams through tasks such as order entry, purchase order receiving, and incident investigation
- Other additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a structured office environment
- Professional demeanor and customer focused mindset
- ERP system experience is a plus, but training will be provided for candidates with a strong learning and growth mindset
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
