What You’ll Do:
As the Recruiting and Training Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a key role in hiring and developing top talent across our Florida operations. You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle, lead training initiatives, and help build a strong, service-oriented workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for security and support staff positions
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using creative sourcing and community outreach
- Partner with managers to ensure client sites are fully and appropriately staffed
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Oversee compliance tracking for all armed officers and patrol training certifications
- Support employee development through mentorship and continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and report on recruiting and training performance metrics
- Participate in team meetings and workforce planning discussions
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated professional who’s passionate about people, process, and purpose.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Major, with a minimum of 3 years of HR/recruiting experience
- OR Master of HR Major with 2 years of HR/recruiting experience
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (security industry experience a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Experience developing or facilitating employee training programs
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
