Verizon Team Member

We are seeking a full-time Verizon Team Member to help customers understand the long‑term value of FiOS. The entry level Verizon Team Member will support sales outreach, guide each customer through simple comparisons, and highlight how symmetrical speeds and no data caps create a stable, frustration‑free internet experience.

As a Verizon Team Member, you'll bring the power of Verizon FiOS directly to their homes. The Verizon Team Member will then uncover each family's specific internet needs and recommend solutions that perfectly match their needs. The entry level Verizon Team Member role goes beyond sales; it's about improving how customers connect, work, and entertain themselves online.

Responsibilities of the Verizon Team Member

• Build sales relationships in person, helping customers discover why Verizon FiOS is the better choice for their home internet.
• Ask questions about how customers use the internet, streaming movies, working from home, and online school, to understand what they really need.
• Make choosing an internet plan feel simple and stress-free, explaining options in plain language that builds confidence for customers.
• Drive sales through friendly persistence, timely follow-up, and a focus on what matters most to each customer's household.
• Prepare customers for installation by confirming details and staying in touch, ensuring they are supported throughout the sales process.
• Team up with Verizon Team Members to make sure every installation goes smoothly and leaves customers smiling.

Qualifications of the Verizon Team Member

• Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
• Self‑motivation to stay productive and focused during daily sales outreach.
• Professional tone that keeps every sales interaction respectful and clear.
• Resilience to handle objections and keep sales momentum strong.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
