• Looking for a Salesforce developer with 6 years of hands-on experience and a configuration-first mindset (clicks before code).
• The ideal profile has worked across the full SDLC: requirements, solutioning, build, test, deploy, and post-prod support.
• Strong Service Cloud background, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and the Console.
• Real experience delivering Agentforce (Einstein for Service, Copilot/Agent Actions, Prompt Builder), and ideally Data Cloud/Data 360.
• Comfortable running deployments end to end using Copado and Git, with solid understanding of DevOps basics like branching, pipelines, back promotions, and hotfixes.
• Confident in front of clients, can lead technical discussions, and explain design decisions clearly.
• Knows how to solve with declarative tools first (Flow, Dynamic Forms, validation rules) and when it makes sense to use Apex/LWC.
• Strong communicator and proactive self-starter. We can’t have someone who needs hand-holding or constant oversight.
• Indy-based is a plus, not a must. Needs to work EST hours.
• Deep Salesforce Flow skills (record-triggered, screen, scheduled, subflows), with good error handling and orchestration.
• Solid Apex and LWC fundamentals for targeted custom work, built with best practices and governor limits in mind.
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and Platform Events, with a good sense of when to use each.
• Strong data skills: object and field design, relationships, large data volumes, indexing, and migrations (Data Loader/API). Bonus if you’ve worked with Data Cloud connectors and identity resolution.
• Quality-focused: meaningful unit tests, peer reviews, regression testing, and clear documentation and release notes.
• Comfortable working in Agile (ideally ServiceNow) with grooming, estimation, sprint demos, and UAT support.
• Reliable in production support: can troubleshoot, monitor limits, and prevent repeat issues with better design.
• Certifications are a plus (Admin, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud, Copado), but we care most about proven delivery.
• Nice to have: Experience Cloud, MuleSoft or other iPaaS.
