SUMMARY
AEW is looking for a Producer, Motion Graphics to join our Post Production Department. The ideal candidate must be reliable, have a keen eye for detail, exhibit a commitment to excellence, comfortable taking initiative, and have a high degree of integrity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and executing graphics and animation including opens, bumpers, transitions, and set elements based on established show formats for network television and pay per views.
- Executing same day requests in a LIVE show environment
- Working directly with show producers to complete requests made for graphics on a variety of shows
- Pitching cohesive designs for new show packages, redesigns, studio displays, segments, and special events
- Ensuring all work adheres to strict technical requirements and organizational standards to ensure a flawless workflow
- Additional responsibilities as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 7 years’ experience as a producer of motion graphics. Agency and network experience a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proficiency in grammar, typography, layout, hierarchy, branding, and image manipulations
- Ability to deliver polished designs under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail while maintaining a strong sense of design, vision and quality throughout
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure live broadcast environment under tight deadlines
- Ability to work flexible schedules, on an as-needed basis, with a focus on nights, weekends, and holidays
- Working knowledge of AEW product & talent strongly preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

- Employees are eligible to participate in company 401k after 6 months of employment; Match is 100% for the first 3%, 50% for the next 2%.
