This is an onsite, part-time position.
Job Overview
An administrative intern provides support to a team or individual by handling a variety of administrative tasks that may include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining files and records, and assisting with other general office duties.
Essential Functions
- Day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as assisting with special projects as assigned
- Directs incoming calls to the correct department/personnel and takes messages appropriately and correctly
- Receives and distributes incoming mail
- Type miscellaneous forms, reports, correspondence and other documents as necessary
- Filing and other duties as assigned/required
- Coordinates and monitors all aspects of administrative workflow with minimal supervision
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

AEVEX provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this position is for the listed location only.
Salary Range
$20 - $20 USD
