This is a part time, on-site position that is part of our Internship Program.

Job Overview

AEVEX Aerospace is looking for a Special Projects Intern to assist in scanning archived records into a digital library, writing process and procedure documents in collaboration with the Director of Operations. Other tasks may include administrative support such as greeting guests, answering phones and filing.

The AEVEX Internship Program gives individuals who are early in their career the opportunity to gain valuable learning opportunities while discussing goals, evaluating performance and receiving regular feedback.

Essential Functions

• Prepare large volumes of documentation for scanning
• Create a digital filing system that allows for ease of locating forms at a later date
• Organize archived paperwork
• Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality as required
• Document, format, and generate standard operating procedures (SOPs) with the assistance of the Director of Operations
• Support the front office by answering incoming calls, welcoming visitors, scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes, as needed
• Order and stock supplies
• Other duties as assigned

• Firm understanding of standard office administrative practices

Education / Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
  
  

Experience

• One year prior administrative experience a plus

AEVEX provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this position is for the listed location only.

Salary Range

$20—$25 USD
