Essential Functions
- Provide Intelligence Exploitation Analysts to provide analytical and planning support to screening, exploitation and other HUMINT missions. Intelligence Exploitation Analysts interface with intelligence organizations, IA, and other DoD organizations to fully prepare teams, as well as prepare analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, source development and threat analysis.

- Support Intelligence Exploitation SMEs to provide analytical and planning support to screening, exploitation and other HUMINT missions
- Assist the USSOCOM staff and subordinate or associated organizations to identify
- Assist in the development of prudent courses of action (COAs), recommend priorities, train members of the team, and employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to USSOCOM operations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
- Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS- 15 level or higher.
- Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support Intelligence Exploitation analytical efforts and product development.
- Strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
- Advance working knowledge of screening, exploitation, and detainee operations and other HUMINT missions including methodologies and systems.
- Strong background and firsthand experience in the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT Analysis, and Collection Management.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High School Diploma required
- DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred
- Minimum of eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
- At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
- 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
- In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
