Architectural Designer - All levels welcome!

Aetta Architects is looking for skilled Architectural Designers of all levels to join our growing teams at our Battle Ground, Longview, and Tacoma, Washington and Palmer, Alaska locations. The ideal candidates will have experience providing architectural project management for multiple projects, a love of architecture, a high professional integrity, and an appreciation of a healthy work/life balance.

Designers will provide project management for multiple concurrent projects. They will work closely with clients and consultants and support administrative and production staff.

Day-to-day, Designers will be expected to:

• Participate in conceptual design process and provide support throughout project
• Collaborate with project team on development of design solutions through all project phases
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents
• Project review per jurisdictional code requirements
• Interact with client, including presentation of technical and design solutions
• Liaise with project managers, architects, administrative staff, and consultants
• Apply strong technical knowledge of construction documentation and detailing

• A professional degree or equivalent in architecture
• 2-8 years’ related experience
• 1-5 years of experience in REVIT
• Exemplary execution, follow through, and time management
