Aestique is looking for a dynamic, warm, and highly organized Guest Services Coordinator to join our Greensburg team.
This role is much more than answering phones. You are the first impression of the Aestique experience. From the moment a client walks through the door, you help create an environment that feels welcoming, polished, and elevated.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their visit starts on a positive note.
Appointment Coordination
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while assisting clients with booking inquiries and service selections.
Service Guidance
Provide helpful information about treatments, services, and skincare products so clients feel confident in their choices.
Front Desk Operations
Manage check-in and check-out, process payments, and maintain a smooth flow of the daily schedule.
Team Communication
Work closely with providers and the spa team to ensure seamless daily operations and a high level of service.
Spa Environment
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and ensure supplies and client areas are well maintained.
Client Satisfaction
Address client questions or concerns with professionalism and care, always focused on delivering an exceptional experience.
Additional Support
Assist with operational tasks and other duties as needed to support the team.
