Patient Care Coordinator / Director of Social Media
JOB SUMMARY
This hybrid role is responsible for delivering an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience while simultaneously driving brand growth, lead generation, and revenue through strategic social media management.
As the first point of contact, you will guide patients from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment, and follow-up—ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience. In parallel, you will execute the clinic’s social media strategy, creating content that educates, converts, and elevates the brand.
This position requires a highly organized, sales-driven, and creative individual who can confidently consult with patients, close treatments, and translate in-clinic experiences into compelling digital content that drives new patient acquisition.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
- Minimum 2 years in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar
- Proven experience in sales social media/content creation
- Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and patient journey
- Experience with platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Canva, scheduling tools
- Proficiency in EMR systems Microsoft Office Google Workspace

- Strong sales ability (consultative closing)
- Content creation storytelling skills (photo/video/reels)
- Highly organized detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask between patients marketing execution
- Strong communication on-camera confidence

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Patient Care Coordinator (Front Office Sales)
- Greet/check-in patients with luxury, concierge-level service
- Manage phones, texts, emails, and DMs (lead conversion focus)
- Schedule optimize provider calendars
- Provide quotes, and close treatments/packages
- Educate patients on services, skincare, and treatment plans
- Follow up on all leads nurture pipeline
- Process payments, memberships, and financing
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Assist with before/after photos VISIA tracking
- Support providers with patient flow (numbing, room setup, etc.)
- Maintain retail displays clinic organization
2. Director of Social Media (Brand Growth)
Content Creation
- Capture daily in-clinic content (treatments, results, BTS)
- Create reels, stories, posts aligned with brand voice
- Coordinate before/after visuals and patient transformations
- Film providers for educational and promotional content
Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute monthly content calendar
- Align content with promotions, launches, and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency (luxury, educational, results-driven)
Growth & Engagement
- Respond to DMs and convert inquiries into booked consults
- Drive lead generation through organic content
- Collaborate with team on campaigns, events, and offers
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet/exceed monthly individual sales goals (skincare)
- Drive revenue through:
- Social media leads
- Scheduling new patients
- Membership package sales
- Actively promote skincare retail
4. Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory counts retail restocking
- Maintain clinic cleanliness presentation
- Support team operations as needed
- Participate in ongoing education (treatments trends marketing)
