Medical Director / Supervising Physician for Luxury Medspa
Aesthetically Alluring Rejuvenation & Wellness is a growing, luxury medspa located in Miami, Florida, specializing in aesthetic medicine, regenerative skin treatments, injectables, laser treatments, wellness, weight management, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and personalized anti-aging plans.
We are seeking a Florida-licensed physician to serve as our Medical Director / Supervising Physician. The ideal candidate is a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeon, or physician with strong experience in aesthetic medicine, medspa oversight, injectables, lasers, and wellness-based services.
This is a part-time, flexible role designed for a physician who values patient safety, clinical excellence, ethical aesthetics, and elevated client care.
Responsibilities include:
Provide medical oversight for aesthetic and wellness services within the practice
Review and approve clinical protocols, treatment guidelines, and safety procedures
Provide supervision and guidance for licensed providers within their scope of practice
Review charts and documentation as needed
Assist with compliance standards, delegation protocols, and emergency procedures
Be available for clinical consultation when medically appropriate
Support safe, ethical, and medically sound treatment planning
Provide guidance for services such as injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, wellness treatments, IV therapy, weight management, and hormone-related services, based on experience and legal scope
Collaborate with ownership to maintain a high standard of medical care, patient safety, and professional integrity
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Florida MD or DO license required
Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery preferred
Aesthetic medicine, medspa, laser, injectables, or wellness experience strongly preferred
Experience supervising APRNs, PAs, RNs, or licensed clinical providers preferred
Strong understanding of patient safety, informed consent, documentation, delegation, and medical protocols
Professional, responsive, ethical, and collaborative
Comfortable working with a growing medspa focused on long-term expansion and high-quality care

Schedule:
Part-time
Flexible schedule
Hybrid/remote administrative oversight may be considered depending on legal requirements, service scope, and physician qualifications
In-person availability may be required for certain protocols, training, chart review, or compliance needs
Compensation:
Monthly medical director stipend
Compensation based on experience, specialty, level of involvement, and final scope of responsibilities
