Role Description The Medical Aesthetician is a part-time, on-site role based in Springdale, AR, responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and ensuring a comfortable, professional client experience. Day-to-day tasks include performing skincare and rejuvenation procedures, supporting microneedling treatments, and adhering to treatment protocols and safety standards. The Medical Aesthetician will conduct thorough client consultations, review medical histories, and collaborate with medical providers to tailor treatment plans that align with clients’ wellness goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, documenting services accurately, educating clients on post-treatment care and skincare regimens, and supporting front-desk operations as needed to ensure smooth clinic flow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in microneedling and advanced skin rejuvenation techniques, including proper skin assessment and treatment planning.
- Foundational knowledge of medicine as it relates to aesthetic and wellness treatments, including contraindications and basic anatomy.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and provide a positive, respectful client experience.
- Current state licensure or certification as an aesthetician, in accordance with Arkansas regulations.
- Attention to detail, excellent documentation and time-management skills, and the ability to follow clinical protocols consistently.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and receiving ongoing training in new technologies and treatments.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice is preferred but not required.
