What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oral Surgery Assistant position at Aesthetic Surgical Arts?
We are searching for an Oral surgery assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated and dedicated professional who has extensive experience with a variety of dental procedures and surgeries and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will also have an interest in dental technology and dentistry and will be involved in taking care of patients by providing information, educating and supporting patients. Responsibilities:
- Maintain oral hygiene.
- Gather information from patients.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to establish dental treatment plans.
- Clean dental instruments and equipment.
- Analyze dental x-rays and other diagnostic images- intra-oral scanning
- Be familiar with specific dental procedures and able to assist doctors in performing them. Preferably oral surgery experience, i.e implants, PRF
- Clean and maintain stocked surgery rooms
- Responsible for various administrative duties as assigned
- Must be a team player
- Other duties as assigned
- May be required to go with surgeon to other locations
- Salary based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
