Job Description:
Aesthetic Rx is seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Patient Care Coordination Team Member. This position is 2-3 days per week 15-25 hours. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and service delivering exceptional patient experiences, demonstrating professionalism, and continuously seeking to improve our processes and services. We seek an individual with an energetic optimistic attitude and the determination to tackle obstacles head-on.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Provide knowledgeable service and helpful guidance for spa services, skincare, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Administrative Duties: Manage rebooking patients, assisting with patient forms and check out process. Assist with marketing campaigns. Obtain social media footage.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, staff, and external partners. Ensure all patient concerns and questions are addressed promptly.
- Office Flow: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable always.Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the waiting area and consultation rooms.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise in patient care or administrative processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality, administrative, or customer service role.
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with basic computer skills. Bonus- experience with Canva, CapCut, Mailchimp, Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

- Weekly schedule will be Thursday, Friday and one Saturday a month. Training schedule will be Monday's Tuesday's.
