Role Description
This is a full-time, role located in South Jordan, UT, for a Setter Manager. The Setter Manager will oversee and manage a team of setters, ensuring they meet performance goals and adhere to company standards. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, monitoring individual and team performance, creating schedules, implementing strategies to generate leads, and developing strong customer relationships. The Setter Manager will also collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and maintain alignment with company objectives.
